“How might we create a single platform where players can access information and explore games in one location across any device type?”
My Role: UX Lead
Approach
Using inputs from stakeholder sessions and existing customer journey research, we developed business requirements to start the process and get alignment with various client stakeholders. It was decided that the existing two sites would be merged in order to create a single experience for customers.
A content audit was then performed to understand current content and existing gaps based on business and customer requirements. Initial wireframes were then created and prototypes were tested internally. From here we created multiple versions of prototypes that were then tested with customers to understand where we could make improvements for the final iterations.
Outcome
Validated designs that allowed customers to get information about ALC, browse and explore games and sign up for an online account on one site across multiple devices. (Launched 2015)
